What happens when I hit my label limit?
You won't be able to generate new labels until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade. Existing labels keep working — scans are always free and unlimited.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan with their phone's native camera app. The QR code opens a verification page in their browser. No downloads, no accounts.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan includes 25 labels with no credit card required. Generate labels, print them, apply them to real products, and see real scans come in.
How are labels printed?
You download print-ready PNG files or a tiled PDF. Print on any standard label stock with a regular printer, or send to a label printer like Sticker Mule.
Why not NFC tags?
NFC tags can't be verified through photos. When someone lists your piece on Grailed or StockX, a buyer can scan the Vault label from the listing photo on their screen. NFC requires physical proximity. Vault labels also cost 4-9x less per unit.
